Our peer-led shared housing program offers the following services and amenities:

Residents in our shared housing program are expected to:

1. Respect and communicate openly with housemates to maintain a harmonious living environment.

2. Follow the agreed-upon house rules and guidelines to ensure a fair and comfortable experience for all residents.

3. Contribute to household chores and responsibilities based on an agreed-upon schedule.

4. Attend regular check-ins and meetings to discuss any issues, concerns, or updates regarding the shared living space.

5. Be considerate of noise levels, personal space, and individual preferences of fellow residents.

6. Pay their program fees on time and in accordance with the agreed-upon financial arrangement.
